If I could give 100 stars for customer service, I would. Ms. Petek, the shop owner, truly went above and beyond * My son is 7 and has Tourette's syndrome along with ASD and ADHD. This year his Tourette's had gotten so intense and self injurious I had to homeschool him. But, we learned with the new homeschool program, there was an opportunity to attend for 2 hours once a week. He wanted to go but has become self conscious about people staring when he has his tics. He asked me to find a way for people to know what's happening so he doesn't have to tell them. So [went to Etsy and found this shop! Originally I ordered a yellow and a rainbow because red wasn't listed, and that's his favorite color. Petek sent all red and extras! Then I asked if I could order a rainbow one and said how much the pins helped. Petek sent us all these! ❤️😭
