Sussex Pins is a UK-based brand specialising in custom pin badges We provide high-quality products crafted with care and delivered safely and quickly to our customers
Ordering & Payment
Orders are placed via Shopify and secured with trusted payment methods
Payments accepted via credit/debit card and PayPal
Orders are confirmed only once payment is received and any necessary design approvals are completed
Shipping
Processing time 1–3 business days
UK shipping Royal Mail Tracked 24 typically 1-2 business days after dispatch
International shipping Royal Mail International Tracked 7–14 business days customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility
A tracking number will be provided for all dispatched orders
Sussex Pins is not liable for delays caused by carriers customs or factors beyond our control
Returns & Refunds
Custom products (custom pin badges) Not eligible for returns as they are made to order
Stock items (standard designs) Full refunds available if notified within 14 days of receipt and items returned within 14 days of notification
Items must be returned in original packaging and unused
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items
Shipping costs Customer pays for returns due to change of mind Sussex Pins covers shipping for faulty or incorrect items
Privacy
Customer information is stored securely and never shared with third parties
Order history and artwork are archived for easy reordering

Customers retain all rights to any artwork provided
Sussex Pins may use completed product images for advertising and social media please inform us if you prefer otherwise
Sussex Pins templates logos and other materials must not be used for commercial purposes
