    Can I order a completely custom design? Absolutely! Send us your artwork, logo or idea and we'll bring it to life.
    What's the lead time for bulk orders? Most orders of under 100 badges are ready within 5–7 business days. Larger orders may take a little longer — just let us know your deadline and we'll do our best!
    Can I mix different designs in one order? Yes! You can mix and match designs, as long as the total quantity meets the minimum order of 10 badges.
    Can you invoice us for payment? Yes, we can provide a formal invoice for schools, charities and registered organisations.

    Payment: Once we've confirmed your order, we'll send you a secure payment link via email. You can pay by card, PayPal or bank transfer.
    Schools & registered organisations: We can provide a formal invoice for purchase order (PO) payments. Just let us know when you get in touch.
